I am an experienced Digital Copywriter and Director of Content Strategy who has been crafting digital content since 1996. Beginning with the online service CompuServe, I then moved into consulting on early ecommerce websites at Cambridge Technology Partners.  Continuing with stints at various digital agencies, including Sapient, Rosetta, Razorfish, DigitisLBI and Accenture, I have been a proponent of clear, clever and convincing content. In recent years I led the copywriting process for the revamping of Time Warner Cable website, wrote social media content for Fifth Third Bank and Walgreens, wrote blogs for various clients, and wrote the copy for the re-launch of Omnicom’s website. I also spent a year as a Content Marketing Manager helping guide CME Group (the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange) through its website overhaul.

Currently I work to advance the field of content strategy as the co-founder of the Content Strategy Alliance.
